Like to help the collection in some small way? We need to acquire a basic kit of tools so that our volunteers have the proper equiptment to maintain the collection and garden. Here is our want list as of May 19th.
Tool Needs:
2 Commercial grade wheelbarrows [a single wheel model and a double wheel model]
6 Commercial grade shovels/spades
2 Commercial grade square point shovels
2 Commercial grade bow rakes
1 Commercial grade spading fork
2 Commercial grade weeding hoes
2 Loppers @different length handles
2 Long-handle pruners
6 Professional [Felco #2 or #6] pruners
6 Red-handle [Corona] trowels
2 BIG metal dust pans
1 50′ roll of 4′ width green-coated wire fencing
2 50′ roll of 3′ width green-coated wire fencing
On-going use:
Velcro tape
Green tape
Safer’s Insecticidal soap
1 box each S/M/L gloves
1 box permanent tag marker pens
