What’s in Bloom? Mid-Autumn

Posted by LindaB on Thursday, October 2, 2008

Brewster and FRCC volunteers have kept at the pruning and deadheading in the greenhouse, and the work is paying off now as clematis come back into bloom. This list also reflects how happy the Cirrhosa Group is in their new quarters outside. Even if they aren’t blooming yet, they are all leafing out. In the ground in Pacific Northwest gardens this group does not go summer dormant. In pots, they do. Now the Cirrhosa Group will have the chance to grow big and broad, with stems high enough that the flowers will be easily visible.
